Why the NFL feels compelled to continue to do this...when they know it's unfairly advantageous to Denver early in the season is the real question.

Your crappy-ass team blew the doors off Dallas..they looked like world beaters. They then proceeded to go 2-11.
Yep. There is really no rational defense. The "Conspiracy Theory" comments by the Tools are just a way to deflect the very real issue & pass it off as nonsense.

Speaking of last year, one can make the argument that the Last Place Denver Broncos were soooooo terrible, that the front loaded home schedule really didn't help them - or did it? Had the schedule been more balanced, they might have only won 3 games. They were THAT BAD. The NFL can't have that.

Well, it prevented them for drafting a QB...so there's that.

I'm happy about the state of that franchise. I dont think any of their honest fans (there has to be one, somewhere, right?) think Keesum is ever going to be a legitimate answer at QB.

I am as well. I'm also happy that many entitled Denver fans are in complete denial about the state of their franchise. We, as Chiefs fans KNOW suck when we see it and KNOW its many disguises too...So, it was FUN as HELL to watch them struggle last year and watch their "True Fans", like KRANZ , BAIL ON THEIR TEAM. It's going to be even more fun to watch them go through it year after year with mediocrity being their ceiling.

Regarding Keenum, No - he won't be their long-term solution. But he is better than what they had last year, and he has guts. His problem is he sometimes tries to play beyond his skill level, and it gets him in trouble. If he just manages the game (Where have we heard that before?) and lets it come to him, he'll be fine. I love the guy because he played for my alma mater, the University of Houston, and he was great for UH football - and EXCELLENT College QB! However, he is an average NFL QB at best - a game manager. You can "win" with those types, but you can't win BIG.

Tuesday's minicamp practice could have been called the "Offensive Line Is So Bad That They Can't Handle A Rookie" show.

Was thinking the same thing. Chubb won't know how to react when he faces a real oline. Let alone a left tackle that doesn't have Zika.

Demarcus Ware is really good at injecting steroids. Von Miller always misses the vein.

"As a talent level, he's going to be good for a lot of years and I want to be a part of that when he takes over eventually. [We] took him early in the draft, so that's common sense. He's special, that's for sure."

I bet that really sticks in your craw, huh Knowmo?

Attention Dungkey fans... it has OFFICIALLY been 1000 days since the Dungkeys have beaten the Chiefs!! 9/17/2015 last time lmao!! Also it’s been 1627 days since the Chargers have beaten the Chiefs! And 207 days since the refs ****ed us and let Chokeland beat us. But prior to that it had been 1063 days since the Chiefs lost to Chokeland. Oh yeah and we beat them 52 days later! Andy owns the west!!

I didn't want Denver to draft a project QB like Lynch/Mahomes. If they would have passed on Darnold or Mayfield though...

Josh Allen is always going to look amazing in shorts.

You guys really wasted the past couple years. At least Denver won a couple AFC titles and a Super Bowl during their 6 game winning streak against the Chiefs.
