This type of game is why I wanted the insurance policy of a veteran LT.

Yeah. That wasn't great.

Kid got pretty much vivisected tonight and I don't think Morris is any better.

Yeah it was getting a little reckless out there with Kingsley

Not sure how you're so conservative to kick a FG from the 1 yard line yet leave your LT on an island against an all pro crashing down on a generational QB

Not sure Smith is the solve all but what happened today shouldn't happen again

The kid got punked by a very good DE. You expect to see his age show; but he tried his best to lose us the game. Not acceptable and I'm sure the staff will echo those sentiments.

Veach has to fix LT once and for all. It's arguably the most important position on the OL besides C.

Good luck fixing it drafting as late as we do. All the top prospects usually go in the top 15 or so picks

Felt like a tale of two halves. Id have to rewatch, but i thought he had a decent first half and just got worse as the game went on.

I'm not going to look for the posts, but I predicted this very thing. He was going to have bad games. And I said we need to let him work through them.

I said his first bad game we'd have people demanding we call all the shitty vet LTs who aren't going to be an improvement.

And what do you know.

What's the solution? Honestly... deal with it. Let him learn. He's not going to get better on the bench.

Stay the course. If he's still THIS bad late in the season, then MAYBE you start thinking about other options.

I would agree with this. But I think if Donovan can be had for cheap, bring him in and see what kind of shape he is in.

I also agree with this.... so I am okay either way at this point. Whatever Andy and Veech think is best.
