A Jordanian family at the lake today (yeah, the Sea-Doo is back baby!!!) treated me to a bacon-wrapped hot-dog and some grilled chicken wings made with a mediterranean run, they added a little curry and cumin powder, and grilled them in an aluminium pan in some olive oil. My God it was good eats.

Such an easy and delicious meal for the FB game, sous vided a pork steak.
Used the drippings from the bag to make risotto with lima beans. Topped both with Zatarans. Sun brewed tea, turned into Arnold Palmer. Too lazy for pics. |

Cubed up some pork shoulder for tacos. Marinated overnight, put on the smoker @ 250F for ~4 hours. Finished with hot pickled red onion, pineapple, and cilantro.

Gonna catch up a bit, Saturday was turkey tetrazzini, yesterday was grilled ham and cheese, chips and a pickle, tonight was open face roast beef with green beans. Also had chicken and cheese enchiladas some where inbetween, no pics on that one, been busy as hell.
