Let me sum up first round of NFL draft:
KC drafted Choco Favre and Denver got the guy from Slingblade. |

Daniel Jeremiah raved about his RAC ability and McShay loved everything about him...

Henderson was easily Elway's best pick so far

Henderson and Walker are both solid IMHO. I wasn't thrilled with Bolles but only because there was other talent to be had (with all the QBs taken early). But Bolles fulfills a need and many pundits believe he has the biggest upside of all the LTs in this draft.

Gruden slobbered all over Osweiler and Lynch (but more on Osweiler). Again, Gruden is just a real enthusiastic guy when it comes to young QBs who he interviews or features on his shows. I can't point out one case where he features a QB (brings him in and interviews him) where he says, "well kid, you suck, but hey, lets pretend you have potential..." Gruden is always more like "OMG, THIS KID HAS SOOO MUCH UPSIDE, THE WORLD IS HIS OYSTER!!!"
That's what Gruden does. |

He's not going to be the pass rusher he was in college. Not even close. You don't waste a 2nd on a situational guy anyways. No upside with that pick. |

I guess we'll find out soon enough. At the very least, he provides solid depth in an already deep defensive unit. His college resume is as impressive as any pass rusher in this draft.
