When we draft Lukas Van Ness, this DL is going to be NASTY.

When you think about it, this roster is already in really good shape.

I assume we’ll do a few of the following still:

-Cheap vet OL depth
-Vet WR on a 1 year deal (or maybe bring Juju back but I doubt it)
-DT (hoping for Saunders)
-Jones extension
-RB depth (hoping for McKinnon)

I’m sure there will be a last minute Dunlap-type signing that we don’t see coming.

The rest can really be handled through the draft.

Where do I sign. Mingo is one of my favorite WR's in the draft and is slowly becoming my '23 WR draft crush.

Meant to post that in the 2023 FA thread lol but yes, that would be a perfect offseason.

The Mike Dana role, a better version. Great system fit.

I still think we're drafting EDGE in the first two rounds though.

Ronnie Bell is my WR crush this draft, and not just because he's a local KC kid. He seems to be the perfect possession type receiver for Andy's version of the WCO.

Yeah it is. That's what Spags loves the most, and it's what made the Patriots 18-1.

I like Omenihu but no, he is not to be mentioned in the same breath as Bosa or Warner. Those are possible HoF players. Omenihu is on his 3rd team at 25 years old after being a 3rd day pick.

Tap the brakes here, sport.
Oh look, the writer for the 49ers mentions him in the same breath as Bosa. THE OUTRAGE!! Also says he was arguably their 2nd best pass rusher, which is very similar to what I pointed out. Quit while you're behind, sport.

Seems like a pretty good value signing. Especially if it's 16 million for 2 years with up to 20m with incentives.

Now we'll see if we can re-sign Saunders.

He is a bit of an outlier: 1) high pressure rate, 2) less than 5 sacks, 3) his tape show great burst in closing on the QB. With a few tweaks, he could easily be posting double digit sacks. Love this signing.

I LOVE this signing as well. I dont care what position they designate him, he is a pass rusher, a pocket destroyer another player the other team has to account for!
