Chopped steak and Adobo, thats gonna work every single time, wish my local grocers sold that kind of chopped meat
How are you topping them out, the usual cilantro and onion, maybe some guac and hot sauce? |

I’m minding my carbs, so just a bowl of beef, avocado, pickled red onion and hot sauce. Could’ve used a pablano or jalapeño but just went with what I had on hand. |

That would be nice, but storage space is limited in my kitchen. I have a Kettle Q for my Egg that I like, but I'll likely invest in a griddle top for the stove or something.

Yesterday for lunch went to a GREAT Thai restaurant called Soi 4 here in Scottsdale for the first time.
http://scottsdale.soifour.com/ I was truly impressed. Had much more food but only took picture of the Chicken and Potato in mild yellow curry. It had chicken, boiled fingerling potatoes, yellow onions, delicious yellow curry with coconut milk, green scallions. The rice was simple and a little dish of cucumber salad slices in rice wine vinegar and black sesame seeds. Also had the dumplings, the lamb chops (INCREDIBLE), the steak roti and the fried banana dessert. |

Going for a taste of spring this evening with Johnsonville brats on the grill topped with some cooked down onion and peppers, homemade mustard tater salad with celery, green onion and red bell pepper... and some corn on the cob

So, these pickles are ****ing awesome. I usually go after Claussens but I tried these once last year and when I'm at my closest Price Chopper on North Oak I always try to grab some. They're on sale for $3 so I grabbed a couple jars, but they're usually $6. They're worth every penny and I encourage any pickle fiends out there to try them if you see them.
