Are we never going to give Ross a chance?
I don’t understand why they’re holding him back. He would have been a first round draft pick if it weren’t for injuries. |

He sure showed off his skill set last night. Made a hell of a catch where he high pointed the ball and brought it in.

Some people really wanted Pickens but it has surfaced that he is a giant headcase. |

Just throw him out there and see what he has. It’s only one dame game and it’s the first game of the season. |

He will have to beat out several other WR to make the 53. Not sure that happens.

That game may ultimately be the most important game of the season as a tie breaker for home field and a 1st week bye come playoff time

There have been several "reports" that Ross did not know the play during practice and during the game causing the offense to have to huddle again before getting a play off, which could cost them in the regular season. He was not paying attention and did not get his 2CD foot down. IF he makes this roster he will be the last WR on the depth chart. |

Locked On reported it, 41 is the Mic reported it. Both said that they had seen multiple sources talking about it. |

The "report" was started by Chris Clark and it's nothing but bs because he doesn't like Ross. No serious KC reporter has reported it. Guys like Pete Sweeney, Nate Taylor, Aaron Ladd etc have all praised Ross and the guy has been running with the first team offense for a while. Plus he came onto the field early on Saturday and the route he ran drew three defenders and allowed Worthy to get free to score the TD. So clearly Andy trusts him.

If a guy isn't motivated enough to learn the plays, he isn't motivated enough to make the team. If I'm a coach and have a choice between a guy with more talent/less motivation vs less talent/more motivation, I want the guy with more motivation. You can scheme around a player's limited talent, but you can never guess when lack of motivation will ruin a play, a game, or season.
