Let's get back to that.
The only way that EVER happens again is we grow our own. We weren't paying Mahomes when we had that, and we can't pay market price for that AND pay Mahomes, AND have a great defense.

We're trying to grow our own, you're impatient, and full of shit.

Duh, not going anywhere in the post season without him.

And the health of an aging Kelce. Because unless Rice and/or Toney truly steps it up, KC, despite the fantastic defense, doesn't look to be a team likely to make it through the post season without Kelce.

But there's still time for Mahomes and Rice to develop more chemistry and maybe they really are trying to save Toney for when it really counts.
This offense won't work without either Kelce or Pacheco.

There is no one else that replaces either.

Could you find another chicken to ****, please? The Moore pick was a bust. We all got it. And so does the organization. One bust isn't enough to throw your hands up in the air and completely abandon what is a very sound strategy.

Just two weeks ago the Chiefs announced they did not want to acquire another WR because they were "developing" Skyy Moore.

Sorry, not a sound strategy at all.

Seriously. We're watching Rice develop in real time, Hardman will be Integrated more and more as the season goes along, and whether you take the comments by Reid at face value or not Toney will apparently be getting a larger workload going forward as well.

For sure, I've always been one of the loudest on here when it comes to offense wins championships and you have to be able to score 30+ when you start running into the better teams in the AFCCG and SB.

That might change a bit this year if the Bills actually miss the playoffs, because then really the only team I'd say that's true for is the Bengals. Really interested in the coming weeks against the Eagles, Bills, and Bengals to see just how good the defense can continue to be, plus what I believe will be at least a little closer to the offense we'll see in the playoffs (at least as far as less rotation of receivers, if nothing else... hoping, anyway).

There are more irons in the fire than Skyy Moore, and you know this, and so does everyone else, all of whom also see through your bullshit.

He got all those snaps last week and the offense scored zero points in the 2nd half and couldn't put away the shit Dolphins.

I like Rice, looks promising but no guarantee he is ready by the playoffs to be a chain mover, difference maker. If that's the plan feed him the ball.

Hardman is a nice gadget guy, not a real NFL WR.

Toney, yes, that's what it comes down to now.

Yes. Literally EVERYONE knows Hardman is a gadget. It's why he only signed for 4 million and was available for a fried bologna sandwich. Nevertheless, Reid has to this point not unleashed him as the elite gadget we all know he is. Once he's fully integrated that's an underrated wrinkle of our offense back to full capacity.

You'll downplay how good Rice has been as a rookie, while blowing somebody like Flowers, who's numbers are very similar despite playing way more snaps right away.

So your assessment of "choking" has nothing to do with recent history. Ravens did shit the bed years ago against the Bills but that's ancient history. This team is much better than last year and is a serious team that we should be hoping gets banged up by their division opponents down the stretch.

Again, I pick KC in every game but this arrogance from CP has no basis in reality.
To be fair, if you're about to win a game and fumble on the goal line giving up the game winning TD, that's a pretty text book definition of choking. Recent history does support his assessment.

Not to mention they literally just choked with Lamar throwing a pick 6 on Sunday...

Are we sure we have any difference makers besides Kelce and Rice?

I'd like to think Toney could be one, but his usage is a mystery none of us can solve.
