Hicks was the most surprising to me.

Not because he made the team, that was never a question. But because he looked outstanding. His college tape just looked athletically limited and I thought he'd struggle to transition more than he did.

As it stands, he's Reid's replacement next year. Easy.

Driskell came completely out of nowhere to make the squad (though I could see him being someone they let go if/when Morris gets fully healthy; I hope not).

Kingsley looking like a plug and play starter was something I hoped for but didn't necessarily expect. And of course that DB that made the squad with 2 last names - I don't remember his name so obviously that's something of a shocker...

Driskell was the guy I wanted to stick but thought we'd have to sweat out a PS spot. He was fairly well thought of prior to the draft, but I didn't expect him to look as good as he did. Kudos to the Chiefs for keeping the best players.

The main disappointments are Moore making it over Toney, Ross or really anyone at all. I'd have preferred Irv Smith over Hendershot, who I really have no clue on the appeal. Was rooting for Jacobs to make it as a coverage LB over Cochrane, and I also wanted Lovett, Farrell or, again, anyone at all, to knock that turd Nnadi off. Would've been nice for Hadden or Battle to show more as I didn't see much of Roland-Wallace that suggests he's worth including but maybe he's the best of the rest. I'd probably have risked any of Driskell, Hanson or Caliendo on PS.

Outside of that I guess no real surprises

Hardman is fast, knows the offense and seems to be a good dude. I think he’s the Sorenson of the offense.

A JAG of all trades if you will. I love him
