They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Sure?

Pretty sure you understand that we don't need a room full of high paid, high performing WR's.

But one would be nice. And we can certainly afford it when we cut the $11M treadmill runner.

Yeah i was gonna make this post. Especially after years ago when Veach pretty much promised us that he'd be loading up on playmakers every year so we don't give Mahomes the Rodgers treatment.

Last year, offense was more difficult than we've seen in the past, but Mahomes went straight up God Mode.

Mahomes hasn't hit God Mode yet this season and the offense is really struggling to create plays in rhythm.

My only REAL worry here is that Reid doesn't put a high value on the position group in general.

They'll go get some guys. The defense will athropy or the OL and everyone will bitch about not having "this or that".

In the end....the superhuman QB who's making 20% of the cap is gonna have to carry 20% of the load to win against good teams. It's just the way it is.

Yea, we're well aware that you're still being a giant ****ing pussy even after winning another SB.

That's kind of the point.

Ok, and that's a worry why?

Seems to have worked out ok for him?

I'm seriously going to have to step away for the rest of the week.

I can only take so much reeruned regurgitated bullshit.

People are talking like the Chiefs don't have a clear and obvious long term solution at one of the WR spots with Rice. You would also think they haven't spent 3 day 2 picks the last 2 years to address the position.

When they're restructuring Mahomes to be the highest paid ever while Mahomes is also doing pre draft workouts with receivers and giving input and so on, I'm not too concerned about doing Mahomes dirty.

Mahomes might do Mahomes dirty and of course sometimes you just miss on picks... and yeah, I'd really hope much like fixing the offensive line and defense, they would fix any holes in the offseason if the offense continues down the path this season.

That Top 5 defense isn't really even getting paid yet.

And Thuney is the only guy taking more than $6M of cap space this year.

Again, the thing is something is gonna be shit.

With one guy taking up that amount of space, you aren't getting a 9ers roster or a Bengals WR core.

10 million AAV to MVS
2nd on Moore
3rd on Toney
2nd on Rice

We're investing plenty into the position. The problems right now are Moore is a complete bust and Toney has regressed significantly.

How have they wasted his prime?

He won another SB last year along with an MVP and SB MVP.

They're 6-2 with a great opportunity to repeat.

The SB can't be won in October you ****ing mongoloids.

The top 5 defense has a pretty highly paid DT/DE. And a shit load of high draft picks.

The cap space thing is a cop out, you know they've structured it and restructured to make it work.

Go pay a WR, trade for one. I'm all for it.

But I suspect we'll have some upset when we can't re sign someone in the future and we'll hear "the caps a myth".

No one is asking for either.

Just someone opposite Rice that can be counted on.

Throwing mid round picks at the problem is why we only have one solution out of those 3 picks.
