****Our Wide Receivers Suck- Official Thread****

They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Now teams see our WR's and say, " You not only don't have Tyreek, we have no fear of your guys."

So the throws to the flats against Denver were swarmed. Denver dared us to rain bombs on them and we had no firepower to do so.
QB held the ball while MVS and Watson were open deep downfield. It's on this page dude FFS. Proof is everywhere in the all-22.

Mahomes has to take those shots

Why is CP so he’ll vent on sucking Mahomes dick 24/7. Just admit he’s struggling this year. Even the GOATS can get criticized

Why is CP so bent on defending their preseason hype of Toney, Moore and Ross? Just admit these guys suck like the thread title says and move on.

No, Mahomes doesn't know how to throw to wide open WR's now.

That's the new storyline.

Only people that need to see the field rn are Rice, Watson, and Hardman. Moore, Toney and MVS need less playing time

Ok fine, but please spend a few minutes considering the fact that a rookie, a journeyman and a castoff are the three top receivers. Compare them to the other teams vying for a title. Sucks is the appropriate adjective for that.

Is it the Alex Smith virus?

Pat knows his defense has his back and doesn’t throw anything but a sure thing to minimize his turnovers?

Well it’s not working because he’s only avoiding throwing an interception in 2 games and has two multi-interception games already.

MVS is so open here at the 10. He's got at least 3 yards of separation here. Idk what Patrick is seeing bc the middle of the field in front of MVS is nothing but grass. Why wouldn't he throw this? This ended up being the nice Mahomes run.

MVS again wide the **** open ant the 16 and Patrick looks for Kelce. This was a decent Kelce catch but MVS might score a TD if Patrick hits him. 2 defenders followed Rice towards the bottom while MVS was running into wide open space at the top. Holy shit

One of the few routes Skyy ran well. Broke in side and beat his man with separation at the 10. Again right in front of Patrick's face and nothing but green grass in front of him. There was plenty of space to throw to Skyy. I don't understand.

MVS open again at the top of the screen at the 40. Mahomes checks down on an incomplete pass to Pacheco. He had time.

Blown coverage. Watson wide the hell open at the 14. Wtf is Patrick seeing? Throw the damn ball! That's a TD man.
Also Toney was open at the top by the sideline.

Not to make excuses for Patrick but these are hard to tell unless you are on the field and seeing what Mahomes sees. There could be no throwing lane or a safety waiting to jump.

I like camera angles from behind the center but they are few and far between.

Forgive my ignorance but what was wrong with Ross before he was arrested? Is he a Rice or a Sky?

Danan can **** off bc 7 yards open in this league is like 15 in college
Soon as he turned his hips to Watsons side, if he made that throw he'd have to perfectly lift it over the underneath guy. If he lofts a pass, that gives the over the top guy time to come break it up or jump it.

Really the miss here is just checking it down to McKinnon and seeing if he can do something with it.

But yeah you can see the safety start to come down as soon as Mahomes flips his hips

If only the greatest talent to ever play the position could stop diminishing the talents of Toney, Moore and Ross. It's like he forgot how to play QB probably because of the commercials.
