i’d take thielen at this point. he could actually do something in moore’s role perhaps

**** that.

This team needs to get these kids as many reps as possible and keep feeding the ones that make something of their opportunity.

I dont know about you, but I want to win the Super Bowl THIS year. Adding a WR like Thielen helps us do that. Our WRs are so bad literally adding anyone is helpful and is a no risk, big potential reward situation. We must must take advantage of one of Travis Kelces last great year(s).

I really don’t understand this mentality. All a veteran would’ve done is vulture reps from skyy and Mvs who should be role WRs instead of every down options. It allows you to develop rashee at our own pace instead of shoving into WR1 duty right away. Worst case scenario rice and maybe Ross light shit up and the veteran you brought in moves to a tee Higgins or even a Tyler Boyd role.

You are running tons of WRs out there. 1 good veteran doesn’t ruin a youth movement.

Again I don’t know if anyone midseason is gonna help us. But the idea that a good WR vultures reps is overplayed.

If you hadn’t played moore you wouldn’t have the knowledge you do now. Keep playing them and see what happens. Add someone if you can.

Don’t spend big resources on it. Keep drafting them.

No point in doing the “spread it around” thing when pat isn’t gonna throw it to them anyway.

Get an elite pass catcher and throw him the ball a lot

Yep.

All the WR jackholes are going to keep being disappointed when we just continue to draft guys and sign vets like MVS.

This is the future, guys.

We signed the one we could afford; he's been on IR.

So, play the kids and find out what you've got.

So Rashee Rice looks quite a bit better than Quentin Johnston so far, right?

Skyy would’ve gotten plenty of reps and more than likely he gets them out of the slot which, turns out, is probably where he belongs. One veteran isnt going to upset the apple cart when you have lots of WR slots out there.

I doubt they're trading Thielen anyway. They don't have much at receiver and need to be able to evaluate and build up Bryce Young. Would be very, very short-sighted to get rid of him.

As we've seen with our WR group, we don't have Slot only or outside only guys.

If the QB was playing better, the WR group would be fine.

They've built the roster to where it's not as "Mahomes being superman" dependent. I don't know why that's a bad thing

If we’re talking hypothetical trade scenarios I assume this is as much to say we wouldn’t want a veteran we could afford either. An affordable vet doesn’t significantly impact our ability to develop WRs. The main guy who might be impacted is Ross but it’s not like we’ve been eager to get him on the field even when there are snaps we should be vulturing

Johnston got completely bodied off a catchable ball last night for the game-ending interception.

It was just lazy and squares with the criticisms of him coming into the draft.

He just can't get blown up there, especially not when he's standing there flat footed. The route itself was okay, but then he just didn't finish it by continuing to come towards the ball and box out the DB.

There's no way he should've gotten blown apart by Gilmour there. At worst that should've been an incompletion.
