I didn't believe it before, but I think CEH is probably going to be traded to ARI when we trade them our 2nd for DHop. Apparently, ARI does have some need for a RB in a rotational role that can pass-pro and catch passes.

He actually has decent hands, catches the ball with his hands, instead of trapping the ball against his chest plate, and can run some decent routes, as long as they aren't deep.

I recall reading that Helaire was going to be great when we drafted him because he could catch passes out of the backfield, but it seems like it has been a rarity in his career.

He prefers to catch them with the back of his helmet.

Statistically, he caught 72 balls on 100 targets in his time as a Chief so far. 18 TDs combined. In Andy's offense, that's not bad.

And injuries cost him some production. But as far as I could tell, his biggest issue was lack of size/length. He has a small catch radius. Some passes were simply too tall, or they were outside his reach.

But yeah, I was among those that had high hopes for Clyde in the passing game at first. He showed good hands and decent route-running skills in college, but at the NFL level that lack of size and speed shrunk his catch radius to the point that it made it kind of like Pat trying to thread needles while DLs were trying to smash him. Not ideal.
