Lawrence is not a bust, that is correct. But he was viewed as generational coming out of Clemson and he hasn’t even come close to meeting those expectations. Caleb could have a similar career arc.

If he’s graded on an Andrew Luck curve while having an Andrew Luck line, he could perform at Luck’s level in the league and still be regarded as a disappointment by some for his play on the field.

Mahomes has the strongest mind of any QB currently playing. His pocket awareness and crazy adjustments on the fly make him simply the best.
