****Our Wide Receivers Suck- Official Thread****

They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Yeah, sorry you don't understand that.

It's ok, they suck according to your spreadsheet.

OBJ. Brokedick.

Bateman. Brokedick.

Duverney. Hasn’t ever had 500yds receiving in a season.

These guys can’t even combined equal Justin Watson production!

That's not the problem. It would take a SIGNIFICANT overpay of draft compensation to bring him here relative to the rest of the NFL. If we were the only ones in on him it'd be different, but at the very least there's two confirmed teams and probably a handful more that haven't been leaked yet.

So yeah, I'd just settle for the late round pick swap for the guy that already knows the system and has proven to be relatively productive.

Their GM paid him 15 million.

If you think he needs another WR right now just to chase the less than mediocre point you made earlier you need help.

Duvernay is not even used because look at what's ahead of him.

New OC, Lamar not a great traditional passer, you missed a few things there sport.

Yes, and OBJ and Bateman continue to show they’re injury prone and not reliable receivers. Why wouldn’t they just trade a 3rd to fortify the position given that they can easily recoup it via a comp pick?

This was the year the Ravens moved on from the Greg Roman system to Todd Monken where Lamar is attempting to be a real QB. Certainly would be nice to give him weapons he can rely upon to stay on the field.

Their WR room is significantly stronger than ours. They already are having issues just trying to integrate all the new faces they have with a totally new offensive system.

Their issues aren't WR talent.

Anyway, none of this matters. Point is we should be calling now and offering something for Mooney.

The Ravens WR's are more talented than ours?

OBJ was. Before he got old. Bateman wishes he was Hardman.

They've moved on to the "any other warm body" phase of whinging.

Relatively productive to the cost of what it would take to get him, which would presumably be a late round pick swap. Yeah, pretty poorly worded on my part looking at it again.

In other words, they're just like KC. A guy who is always hurt, and a bunch of new guys who need time to acclimate.
