They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

The problem is, we won't really know until AFTER the trade deadline...at that point it will be too late.

There are guys that can be had now that are affordable.

Time to get on the phone and add another weapon for the SB run.

I didn't say we were going to be an unstoppable juggernaut. I am telling you there are many degrees of improvement that are below that "unfeasible" standard. We were great last year but there is still huge potential for "reasonable" improvements

Like who? Because adding another guy who's unfamiliar with the offense when that is already the primary issue isn't likely to be a difference maker unless they're just a freak athlete that you can manufacture touches for.

And don't say Hardman - they clearly didn't want him.

I might take him as a returner and a handful of offensive snaps for jet sweeps or screens but that's it.

There is no reason why we can't be #1 on offense. And yeah I'd rather be #1 on offense and top 10 on defense than top 5 in both. The idea that we will suck as a defense because we add a playmaker or 2 on offense is overblown. For all this talk about how our offense was good enough to win a super bowl, our top 10 defense was good enough last year to win too.

You know, sometimes - especially with young players - they get BETTER. I know, I know, it's crazy, right? But it so happens that PLAYING the games leads to them LEARNING stuff, and next thing you know, they're BETTER. It's crazy, but it's true, I swear.

Yeah I think we all know that your plan for team building is, you won't shut the **** up about it.

It didn't happen, it's not going to happen mid season, do we really have to hear about all the way to the start of next season, too? Because it's also not going to happen then, either.

They had a plan, they're 4-1, they're not going to panic.

You go panic if you want, I just wish you'd shut up about it already.

Darnell Mooney has a cap hit of less than 3 million and would automatically be the #1 WR here.

Easy choice plus he fits our profile and has 4.3 speed.

I would also call on Jerry Jeudy.

If we acquired Mooney we also would get a comp pick when he signs for 15 million + if we don't keep him and only use him as a rental.

Again almost nobody is shitting on rashee rice or saying they don't want to see him get opportunities. Nobody is being impatient. You keep saying that as if anyone is even fighting that point.

No, Veach, Andy, Nagy, and Mahomes all told us exactly what they're doing. Some of you guys insist on not believing them.

Is that different from your guessing that Darnell Mooney is available for something affordable? I don't believe you speak for the Bears' or Chiefs' FO.

If you you are saying we need to make a big trade before the deadline you're saying exactly that.

These guys need MORE SNAPS, not fewer.

Yeah, totally different than Meck's "I know everything" let me tell you what the Chiefs are doing schtick.

I am guessing he would be available because they are using Moore as the primary and Mooney will be a FA and probably walk next year.

Jeudy is being talked about on ESPN right now as on the block.
