They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Now if you're talking about both - well that's a #1 receiver and those don't grow on trees. Sorry.

But hey - we're in agreement that the answer to most of what ails the WR room is DJ Moore so let's just stay in harmony on that one.
I think Toney is that guy, atleast that's here now. But they've got him in a break glass in case of emergency kinda thing it seems.

I just know he's always open when he's on the field.

And yeah, Moore is probably a pipe dream at this point. I'm not big on Evans because he's more of a "throw open" guy and we don't do that.

Anyone have any kind of breakdown on man vs zone in terms of what the Jets did to them last night?

Skyy Moore has 2 games runnign that many routes and no receptions. That's really hard to do.

Jesus what a cluster**** he is right now.

The pressure didn't allow it, but if you're gonna have Watson and MVS do this, you've gotta eventually start taking some shots here right?

Was Kelce supposed to be dragging coverage back towards Rice on that first clip? Seems unlikely. Maybe it was supposed to be a rub route and the timing just fell apart? Looks like Rice should've been the target there and Kelce is just dragging a DB into the middle to block it off. Or maybe Rice was supposed to take the route deeper to open it up underneath for Kelce?

Really doesn't seem like you want those two guys standing in the same spot at the back of Mahomes drop...

On that bottom play, someone missed a hot. Single-high, twin verts and a blitz; gotta figure one of those guys was supposed to option to a hot route. Though Pacheco duffing the blitz pickup made it all moot.

Toney wasn't out there very much. He's one of the best receivers at separating so that doesn't help.

The problem is Skyy Moore but Rashee Rice is showing he can play that position so that helps.

Can't win them all..

I'm assuming it was supposed to be to Kelce over the middle there quickly, he won pretty much off the line. I dunno what the idea of that was though.

I'd imagine Rice broke it off too quickly, seems he's supposed to be the middle level?

It also could be RB Mesh and the WR didn't carry into the LB.

Has Mahomes/Reid ever not been a top ten offense 4 games in?

Yet with the greatest QB I’ve ever seen and the best offensive mind in the NFL we’re there with teams like Arizona….who was selling off assets to get to the bottom.

I'll atleast give them some what of some slack here, the Jets d is really good. With their QB showing some life, they played really well.

But we've got a 4 game sample, some of these guys just aren't getting it doen.

Chiefs are 3rd in yards per game and 9th in points per game.

He's not good, fellas.

The route running is just so damn lazy. And he does it all the time. The focus seems to come and go as well.

At this point the kid's looking like Hardman without the top gear. I just don't know what else you can do with him. How does he round a quick-out? These are high school level concepts he's ****ing up. It's so maddening.
Yes, this is what needs to happen.
