Though I can see where the law should take into account the unique position of authority a teacher has over a student. A high school teacher can abuse his position and bang an 18 year old senior girl which seems like it may put it outside the bounds of the standard age of consent.

There's clearly a double standard male vs female.

And I don't think there's a single male out there, that has a problem with that.

I can't think of a scenario (unless its something really ****ed up) where the male student comes out of this harmed lol. I mean while the teacher is being disciplined, he's running around to his friends giving out high fives.
