I was going to grill but it was hot as the hubs of hell so I Noped right out of that. Did some chicken thighs in the oven. Roasted potatoes sweet corn and strawberries. Would have been better over fire, but pretty good nonetheless. |

Wife decided it was time to clean out shit, so I spent most of the day meal prepping shit. I did decide to do some steaks. I sous Vide'd them at 120 and then threw them on the charcoal.
Ran some Brussels Spouts and corn on the cob. The local grocery store has been getting black diamond watermelon. They're ****ing EXPENSIVE, but worth it. They're fuggin good. I still cant cut on the bias without ****ing it all to hell so I still plate it like a heathen. Anyway, it hit the spot. |
