They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Last year.

1/3 of JJSS yards basically came from 2 games. I'm not sure why exactly that's the loss it's chalked up as by some?

Again, Andy has 25 years of this. Is this the year shit just goes haywire?

Here’s a stat maybe one can appreciate:

We have won a SB in 100% of seasons that MVS has been on the team running these same sorts of routes.

Holy shit, this is proof some of y'all don't read shit and just argue the poster.

First, minus Juju - a quality experienced WR - is kind of a big deal that people keep glossing over.

Second, I've spent the last three days in this thread ADVOCATING FOR RICE TO GET MORE SNAPS ***BECAUSE*** he's arguably the most talented WR in the room.

Cool, we have talent. ABSO****INGLOUTELY WE DO

Cool, Andy refuses to play them over trust issues.

The offense is struggling, why not struggle and have these guys learn at the same time?

Or maybe, just maybe - the offense ceases to struggle with our most talented players playing more of the snaps?

You are arguing with Staylor, that was your first mistake if you wanted an intelligent conversation.

I'm not arguing with anyone - I'm pointing out frustration that we draft talented people and then refuse to ****ing trust them and play them.

*but only at the WR position

In reality they have never really done this before with any position.

Any of the overhauls they did involved at least 2 players that had multiple years of good NFL starting experience, this WR room doesn't have that.

I agree.

But at what point, or what would Andy have to do to earn enough equity on these things that he has a plan and has an idea what he's doing?

Um, not to butt into youralls argument, but Andy's issue isn't about trust really. He said that he puts rooks/FNGs in play packages to start. As they get more comfortable, he inserts them more into the regular offense. That's been his deal since forever.

It's just been two games. A little early to move them from package players into the regular offense, probably.

It's mind boggling honestly, it's something that does not go on anywhere else in the league. And saying "oh this complex system" is a crutch, let's be honest, Andy Reid doesn't like rookies playing in his offense because they might make a mistake so he chooses lower ceiling because he doesn't want growing pains.

MVS, James, Watson

I'd say that's a couple years of starting experience, no?

It's odd how we wanna have it both ways and say "25 years of Andy Reid" when we won a SB last year BECAUSE we trusted rookies on the defensive side of the ball.

But we're unwilling to on the side of the ball that's our ****ing bread and butter? With no other clear superior option at the WR position?

Crazy.

Justin Watson does not have good years of NFL starting experience...in reality he has none. Just because he's been in the league 5 years does not equal good NFL veteran. That's also Richie James...

MVS has been a long time starter.

If you wanna do what they are doing then a guy like Rashee Rice is should get starter snaps right away...not be sitting behind Justin Watson.
