If Patrick Mahomes did not exist he might have two Super Bowls. He's Ernie Els. He just always has to fo thru the best coach, best QB and best TE of all time.

If that doesn't happen and soon, then he's never gonna get to the SB. Hence the qualifier “as long as he’s this level of dual threat.” We are plenty of years away from that no longer being the case though. I’d expect him to be the #2 QB in football for most of the remainder of this decade.

If/when the Chiefs inevitably lose an AFC playoff game, the Bills are the odds on favorite to either be the one doing it or benefiting from it and that’s almost entirely because of Allen.

Allen would need his headset left on through the play. The "Oh No!" didn't originate with Bo Nix

I have to say McDaniel is as responsible for Tua's injury as anyone. That was one of the worst offensively called games I have watched in years. Just absolute trash run run pass over and over again.

Uncreative AF.

I actually agree with your overall point, but the Bills had four punts in that game. Three of those drives gained fewer than 10 yards and the fourth only went for 24 yards.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs only had two punts (Harry missed a field goal).

Allen played great in that game, particularly at the end, but I really do believe he was outplayed by Mahomes just a smidge.

Completely agree. Kept calling run plays until they were in 3rd down and then expecting Tua to throw in what were obvious passing situations. Tua played horribly and didn't rise to the occasion, but McDaniel did nothing play-call wise to keep the Bills D off balance. Coming into this game the Bills secondary was a major question mark and you have Hill/Waddle...but decided to play Martyball instead. Madness.

No he isn't. Play calling doesn't get a player a concussion. If it did every Chiefs QB under Marty S. would have died.

Honestly Josh Allen has put the Bills in solid to great position to beat us in the post season. It's just we are the best I've ever seen at closing out games and scoring in 13 seconds.

Without going through all the cameras, its hard to tell. But it seemed that the DBs were doing a good job on Hill and Waddle and the pass rush was getting home and Buffalo was daring Miami to run it.

It seemed like running plays were the only thing working.

Although I agree that Tua and the play calling seemed poor.

It sure looked that way against Arizona. Curious to see how the rest of the season goes.

His claim to #2 would be a lot stronger in my mind if he had fewer turnovers.

When he is on, he is great. But consistently producing turnovers can be a killer in the post season.
