On a serious note, I'd like to see some DT depth upgrades. I'm hoping Veach can work out a player for player swap of some type.

Farrell is kind of garbage. Dickerson, too. Lovett seems okayish, but that's dependent on him getting a little stronger, and I don't know if he has much room to build up on.

If he can catch the ball, and his college record shows that he has some experience there, then I think he could fit in special formations and short yardage. He is definitely a physical specimen, but at 4.75 in the 40 he isn't going to be an every down back. I could see Andy keeping him in the Sausage role. If he can pass block he can make this team, because he seems willing on special teams. I'm not a CEH hater, but I think he could be odd man out. Maybe not on opening day, but some time in the season.

Steel vs. Irv Smith might be the roster spot battle. Both have value, does Andy prefer a 4th tight end or a full back?

Small sample size, but man it never looks good when a big fat guy gets blown off the ball like he was in the preseason game.

I figured they would hold some injured players back until after the game.

Good to see both those guys coming back.
