You know what we don’t see enough of anymore? Spearing.

I think it’s time to bring back the lost art of butt-ending. Lose 9-0, I don’t care.

But put THAT mother****er in the hospital with internal bleeding and it’s all good.

****ing Kadri. Again, it’s just amazing how often these same dirty ****ing players like Kadri and Wilson end up involved in ‘borderline’ accidents. Weird.

Maybe if he’s not crashing out of control into the crease there’s not a collision, eh?

Surely this happens every game.

Looked like 2 guys going for the puck in front of the net (and goalie) and all 3 of them crashed in a pile. If any of the 3 didn't go hard for the puck, especially during the playoffs, they'd get benched or cussed for not going for it.

Happens in a split second, according to him in one of those articles where they tried to whitewash his record and claim he had changed.

Funny how the game only moves that fast for the Kadri's and Wilson's of the league. No one else seems to have these issues annually.

Yeah, I guess Kadri could have stayed in the slot like his controller got disconnected and not gone straight for the puck, just like Binnington did and Rosen did.

It's clear from that last gif that Kadri came barreling in, lowered his shoulder, turned his body and drilled Rosen from behind.

How ANYONE can claim Rosen initiated or caused this is lunacy.
Kadri was clearly moving to the right of the net. Rosen was moving to the left. Yes, Rosen was in front, but I'm not sure how that changes anything. Kadri's stick is clearly reaching for the puck, and if he'd gotten to it, it would have been a goal. Their horizontal motion cancelled each other out, and they both went forward into Bennington.

Every objective fan I've seen talking about it says it wasn't dirty. The talking heads all say it wasn't dirty. The league says they're not looking at it because it wasn't dirty. The only people who insist it was some egregiously horrific call are Blues fans. At WORST you could argue that it should have been goaltender interference, but even that's probably 50/50 to me. You're all acting like Kadri should be suspended for another 8 games because of it, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Sorry your guy got taken out on a legal play. Ours did too. It's a rough game, and shit happens.

Sadly, the next time the Blues even BREATHE on Kuemper, they are getting called - we all know it.

Perron(?) ran Keumper in game 1. Nichushkin ran Bennington in game 2. Why is it that no one pays attention to those?

Really?

Kadri's defense is he was pushed by Rosen. VERY clear by this view that didn't happen, unless Rosen has a twin ghost trailing the play.

If this is the way it's going to be called, then I'm all for Schenn/Barbashev/Saad/Buchnevich/whoever having ZERO regard for the blue paint the rest of the series and see what happens.

But we all know STL will get called for it.

So your issue with it is that Kadri called it a "push" instead of "contact"? Unless you believe that Kadri would have collided with Bennington even if Rosen weren't involved, that seems like an odd hair to split.

Kadri got bumped by Rosen don't really care if he says "pushed" or "physics dictates we can't occupy the same space".

It's like you guys forget that you had two players suspended for hits that ended players' seasons during your cup run, including the guy who just ended Girard's season last night.

And the same goalie who swung his stick at Kadri's head once.
