Can we all agree now, that the myth that Reid can scheme around anything is bullshit?

The injuries of the offensive line, in the end, were just too much. Even for Mahomes.

They ran a Tampa 2 to take away the big plays, and we couldn't pass block, and we couldn't run the ball consistently.

You still have to block. No matter what playmakers you have.

And defensively, the defensive front 7 is need of an infusion of talent too.

The Chiefs need another force up front. Maybe Gay is the upgrade at LB, maybe we need another.

But I don't want to hear any more horseshit about how we shouldn't spend draft resources on the offensive line.

Even Mahomes is still human. Exceptional, yes. But human.

Tampa has been a man/press team the whole season, dipstick. Bowles, since his time at ARI, is a man/press-blitz DC. Surprise dipshit, he took that to the Jets and then to TB. Bowles is not a zone guy. AND NEVER HAS BEEN.

What we saw tonight was 2013 Andy Reid, and Andy Reid was so 2013 that not even Mahomes could overcome it.

We knew we had backup OT, and a makeshift, patchwork, sieve of an offensive line, and Reid basically did nothing to stop the Bucs front 7 from being aggressive.

You must be as stupid as Andy Reid/EB in assuming that Bowles would not go to a zone defense after the epic man defensive disaster in the first game.

And Bowles has used Cover 2 on 127 snaps this season... so get your facts straight “dipstick”.

those 2 tiemouts before the half...were 2 of the worst coaching decisions ive ever witnessed..

still love Andy but give Tom 2 extra timeouts when they only had one and were running the clock out . .

Thats why if we were gonna lose glad it wasn't that close. To lose due to that complete idiocy and the phantom penalties would have been maddening. He called TO on 3rd and 2 against Brady!

Trying to scheme for Wylie and Remmers as your starting tackles while also scrambling to clean up for your alcoholic son who got shitfaced at work and crashed into a car full of children 3 days before the Super Bowl....was too much to overcome.

The strategy they used in the AFC Championship Game (and yes recognizing they had Fisher in that game) with mostly short/quick passes to avoid having Mahomes hold onto the ball too long would’ve been a better approach to whatever they were attempting tonight.

127 snaps works out to about 3 games, dumbass.

Which still contradicts your dumbshit claim that Bowles is not a “zone guy” who won’t use a zone defense when needed.

Everyone except for Andy Reid apparently anticipated that happening tonight.

So yeah there is obviously a point where the talent bites it so hard even a genius like Andy can't overcome. But if you get upset about a team whose backups don't perform in a super bowl I think youre reaching.

Our starters would have annihilated Tampa. Our banged up starters WITH Eric Fisher would have been in this.
I ain't mad at what happened. I understand how it happened.

I'm saying we cannot let it happen again.

Goddamn you’re dumb. 127 snaps in an entire season is about 10% of the probable total of snaps, you get that right? Maybe be less. In case that’s not clear enough or you’re just too stupid to understand percents, Bowles, according to you, called a zone 1 time out of every 10 play-calls.

That definitely qualifies as “not very often,” idiot.

Sorry, I just realized that probably went completely over your head, donkey. Let me give you an example you might understand: in the average game, there are probably about 60 to 70 defensive snaps. To keep this short, based on your numbers, Bowles would call a zone coverage six or seven times per game.

Does that make any sense to you, dipshit? Or should we draw you a picture?
