Pats shopping Mac Jones?

https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/pat...vailable-trade

It's unclear which teams Belichick has contacted about trading Jones, but Florio listed the Las Vegas Raiders, Houston Texans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Commanders as "potential destinations," noting Josh McDaniels' Raiders as a team to "keep watching."

They don't want Jones, it's just reported that they are one of the teams Bill reached out to about trading Jones.

Bill is pissed off that Jones went outside the organization to get help being a better QB... Pretty stupid thing to be pissed off about. If my QB was trying to get better, I'd definitely be all about it. It comes down to being a control freak of epic proportions.

It's definitely over the top but there's a line where I understand his thoughts. The last thing you want is a Russell Wilson situation where his personal coaches are taking up practice time and team facilities all while not making him any better as a player. If the "outsdider" was teachine something that Billy disagrees with I can see that being an issue.

If you ever saw this pic of your qb, you'd want to trade his ass away ASAP as well

But the problem is that Belishit hasn't developed an offensive coach in years. All of his OCs have been re-hires ever since O'Brien left to go coach the Texans.

You'd think a guy who is constantly getting his coaching staff picked over by dumbass reerun teams would work harder to put trust in his position coaches. But instead, all he can do is commit to re-hiring the guys who were epic failures in other situations. And in the case of last year, he hated his offensive position coaches so goddamn much he put a DC and a ST coordinator in "joint" charge of the offense.

Andy Reid went through this kind of weird ass trip in Philly when he promoted his OL coach to DC that one year. He scrapped that plan and only lasted one more season in that town.

This is the end of Belichick. He's done after this season.

If they miss the playoffs again he's definitely done. And honestly, on paper they're the worst team in that division.
