No point in playing him and risking further injury now that KC's 3-8.

No since is risking him for the rest of the season, after how this season turned out ... I hope he returns for another season and helps lead us to the super bowl ...

Injured or not, I wouldn't suit him up again this season.
For that matter, sit Trent, Tony G, Roaf, Waters, and Shields for the rest of the season.... let the backups earn their way onto next year's roster. |

Yea I had him and I won't be able to retain him next year if he comes back. From a team standpoint I would think they may sit him for the rest of the year but from a FFL standpoint I would like to see him back for the playoffs.

While you're at it, bench Hicks, Holliday, and the rest of those sorry ****ers and play the young guys on defense, too. |

They just changed the text to:
"To all Fantasy Football Players: Hey, everyone! I hope your 2004 season went a little better than mine. If you had me on your team, I am sorry to have disappointed you with the news of my knee injury. I hope with my absence you were still able to rack up the points. Best wishes to all of you and much success!" Ok, so what gives? |

But Tony G and Waters should play as they are plenty young, TG has career stats to compile and there really isn't any reason to sit him, and I would presume that the coaches can't learn as much about young players if they don't have some veteran studs to play beside. I'm thinking especially about the guys who would be test driving the LT position. |

You need a WR. You *probably* need a new LT as well. I've always liked Roaf and admired his play, but dude is getting up there. I wouldn't be suprised to see him hang his jock this season. |
