Get a flexbar and use it for 3-5 sets of 20-30 reps several times per day and the tennis elbow will disappear within a week or so.

I have not used for golfers elbow but it is the same concept and can be worked with the flexbar as well.

I got tennis elbow this fall and the PT guy told me he felt like he should sponsor the rec volleyball league as it runs a lot of business through his place.

It’s just old people doing athletic things.
This.

For year teams asked me to play rec ball and I turned them down

Blow something out and I'm ****ed when it comes to income.

Now that I'm old they don't ask. I still scrimmage with my youth rec teams, though. I take it very easy.

When asked if it's a high or low ankle sprain, the answer is "yes".

Was it just hanging there like that or was that the apex of a quick bounce in the wrong direction? I can't tell from the still photo.

He's a good player for sure. It really goes to show how loaded this defense is. Edwards has had his ups and downs but he's not nearly the athlete Cook is. Seems he's found his footing with the increase of reps.

I love the guy. I'm open to the idea that I'm a total dopey homer for the guy. I just love watching the dude play.
