Movies you haven't seen in a few decades

Came across Always (1989) with Richard Dreyfus and Holly Hunter last night. Forgot how much I loved that movie. Was also reminded just how gorgeous Holly was in that movie.

I watched A Clockwork Orange a few weeks ago. It’s still as ****ed up as I remember, but I spotted a 2001 soundtrack album in the record kiosk scene.

I remember loving it as a kid. Not sure how it would hold up today. Haven’t seen it in forever.

I thought that was such an awesome movie was a young teen. Needless to say it does not hold up well., especially Omar Epps character. Lol

The basic premise is William Devane is a Vietnam Vet and he returns home, I believe Texas, and the towns people want to honor him so they give him a $1000 in silver dollars and have a ceremony downtown. From there, just imagine what might happen in a redneck town. It's fair movie, but it has an ending that you will never forget. I think it will pop up on one of the premium channels now and then.

LOVE that movie!! Major Rane was one bad boy!

I remember the movie "The Town that Dreaded Sundown" as one of the scariest movies outside the Exorcist.

That is a real SCREWED up movie to watch as a younger person.

I think until late teens do you catch the drift of it.

It's a classic for the times and still very watchable, IMO.
