Speaking of fan driven...

NFL.COM should have a feature while they are streaming games that pops open during a penalty where it asks the fans to vote "was it or was it not a penalty". Get that view compared to what's called live.

Then, if there's a review and an overturn - another pop up feature asking the fan if their opinion changed.

There would be only skill position players, no lineman on either side, a bunch of old big name players past their primes and 5 huge contracts that prevent the signing of any other quality guys.
