If I state my true opinion - I'd lose friends here, so I'll just sit back and observe.

Let it rip, Red... it surely isn't anything most of us old guys haven't heard before.

But if you had been in your teens and twenties in the 80's, you might feel different about it all... but its all good, tell it like it is, it'd actually be interested to hear a young guys take.

I know for sure that my son thinks Ratt is cheesy... "YOU LITTLE BASTARD WHAT? DO YOU NOT KNOW WHO WARREN DEMARTINI IS YOU IMPERTINENT LITTLE PRICK?"

You already blew it by posting a link to "Primus - Master of Puppets".
I thought you were my friend...

Don't get me wrong. Of course I liked it and I'm certainly a fan of Primus.
Mr. Red, however, said he wouldn't state his opinion for the fear of losing friends yet he showed his cards through his sneaky link.

I used to love both bands. Now, I like both but prefer Metallica.

When Megadeth (Mustaine) isn't trying to be like Metallica & think what would Metallica do here? That's when they're better.

Megadeth has had some great albums and some flops. Mostly the greats came in the early years and the flops in the later.

Sorry but I disagree. I love Metallica and have since I was about 8. But I cannot stand Megadeth. To me Megadeth sounds like a metal band with Axl Rose as their front man.

What does that have to do with anything? They're not singing gospel.

James Hetfield is a horrible singer too.

The godfather of speed metal, Lemmy, is the worst. And he's still a ****ing god.

Is...not was.

He had a couple golden years there where his vocals were a pleasure.
