Andy Reid got depantsed in the Super Bowl by Bruce Arians.

Bruce ****ing Arians and Tom ****ing Brady.

Well, you see, Andy Reid is an offensive genius, and how dare we question Andy Reid's genius in not running the ball and not utilizing the screen pass in the face of an epically brutal pass rush, a patchwork offensive line and a QB with a hurt toe?

How dare we question his geniusness?

Oh, and Spags? The "great Brady Killer"? They had his defense figured out by the 2nd quarter and he couldn't adjust it. He was Bob Sutton Jr.

Yes but that is also his responsibility to make sure that the QB and DC are doing their job. If not corrections need to be made. Reid is loyal but that loyalty can be a fault when it prevents him from making necessary changes to improve the team. It is what got him fired from Philly.

Sutton still can't/won't adjust, even though he has talent all over the field.
This defense requires Revis and Cromartie to work. It puts a tremendous amount of pressure on CB and a QB can pretty much pick which one he wants to attack.

If Sean Smith, Marcus Peters and Nelson were all playing at a high level I can see it working. or if we had 3 marcus peters

That happens though.

The offensive line is brand new and that kind of stuff just happens, even to good teams. You'll see Big Ben with those kind of stats every now and then for a half.

Rodgers would've just picked apart the zone featuring Fleming, Cooper and Branch.

At least with Man coverage there is a possibility (however remote) that Cooper may have ****ed around and got in front of a Rodgers pass to pick it off...

Of course, Mauga (and Fleming last week) proved that if the ball winds up hitting you in the hands, you shouldn't act surprised and then drop it like a hot potato.
