Percy Harvin is probably my favorite non-Chiefs player of all time and I see a lot of him in Hardman.

He and Tyreek on the field at the same time just isn't fair.

I don’t know that you can gauge speed by watching a guy run. Adrienne Peterson looked like he was teleporting with how viscous his stride was in his prime.

My bet though is that this guy has some kind of ability to change directions at top speed and that’s why some teams were trying to “reach” for him around where we picked. (Rumors)

I love this team.

Can't wait for Tyreek and Hardman to flash a pair of deuces on whatever play one of them escorts the other to the end zone.

Can you imagine if they have to have a footrace on the same play for some reason

Oh hell yeah...
The opposing DC will have to game plan virtually the entire field.

I was on a national drafting chat when we were getting ready to pick and really wanted Parris and people in there were like he's pretty good but he can't hold a candle to Mecole when it comes to changing direction at full speed and then when the Chiefs took Mecole there was much gnashing of teeth from the fanbases who were sure their team was about to draft him.

I was sold that day and every clip of him I've seen absolutely demonstrates that ability. This is a particular talent that DK Metcalf, for instance, will never possess. He looks like a robot in slow motion making cuts compared to Mecole.

I still think Parris will be pretty good though.

The WRs drafted after Hardman in the 2nd round preseason stats; J.J. Arcega-Whiteside (2 catches on 4 targets for 23 yards), D.K. Metcalf (1 catch on 4 targets for 8 yards), Parris Campbell and Andy Isabella DNP. Moving up too get Hardman looking like the smart move.

Clearly someone in our organization has elite ability to “discover” players who are skilled with the ball in Their hands.

Tyreek, Kareem hunt are two guys that shouldn’t have slid past round 1.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if toub has a hand in it. He may have a method for determining a players relative speed and break away ability from college tape.

I remember him being the one raving so much about Tyreek hill saying he was the fastest player he has ever scouted—- to say he’s the fastest player means he has a way to gauge, based off tape, a players relative speed. (Hill had a blazing 40 but not the GOAT)

I really would enjoy being a coach and having players run different type of speed and agility drills and then (over the years) seeing what drills correlate the strongest to on the field success. That way you’d have a set of “secret” tests you can run a player through when you hold private workouts

He really reminds me of Reek out there. If he gets any kind of open field with the ball- it will be 6!

Dk has a much higher center of gravity which is primarily determined by leg length. I’ve noticed we have drafted low center of gravity speed guys WHO are also built stout. And I think that’s a big factor. Many of these speed demon tiny guys are not built to hold up (like deanthony Thomas). Guys like ty Hilton seem to be rare exceptions.
