K.C. +550/600 to win 25' Super Bowl/ San Fran the slight favorite

According to Vegas Insider. I'd post the link but newbies aren't permitted.

How many of you will make a wager? I'm not a K.C. fan but I probably will.

It’s hard as hell to go back to back. Nobody has ever done 3. Not even in the dynasty era before free agency.

But we have Mahomes.

Otherwise, it hasn't been done yet. I wouldn't be shocked if it happens this year, though.

He didn't say the Super Bowl.

He said no team had won three straight.

The thread is about Superbowl odds. He obviously meant Superbowls. No one but you cares about pre 1970 threepeats.

Yes. Green Bay won the title in 1931. Just like they did in 1929 and 1930. 1931 was their third straight title.

The famous NFL season of 1931 consisted of these 10 legendary franchises:

Brooklyn Dodgers
Chicago Bears
Chicago Cardinals
Cleveland Indians
Frankford Yellow Jackets
Green Bay Packers
New York Giants
Portsmouth Spartans
Providence Steamrollers
Staten Island Stapletons

Highlighted in bold are the only three teams that have existed since the modern era.
So, Green Bay "threepeated" in a league with 3 legit franchises. Incredible.

Green Bay also is the only NFL team to win three straight titles, having done it twice (1929-30-31 and 1965-66-67). What they should clarify is that it hasn't been done in the SB era. Green Bay won the title in 65 then the first 2 SB's in 66 - 67.
