Should I be happy Kietzman was fired? Yes, it's me.

I have mixed emotions about KK getting canned. It should've happened years ago. But I'm not convinced this incident deserved a firing.

Scale of 1 to 10, how pleased should I be?

For 20 years, KK got away with all sorts of underhanded bulls*t. Took two decades for karma to catch him.

Go Chiefs!

You should be very pleased. Because the quality of KC's sports radio just improved. The guy was nothing but a contrarian troll.

KC's sports media has had some great names come through it, such as yourself. Lets not tarnish it with Kevin ****ing Kietzman.

Lets get some new talent in that slot now that's worth listening to.

Yeah, he deserved it for this as well as sucking ass for so long. You should be at a 10 for the people of KC since nobody has to listen to that hack any longer.

To be fair, if it were just this incident i'm not sure he gets fired. Dude is wildly unpopular.

This was probably more of a "last straw". 810 Finally had an excuse to improve the talent in that slot.

But to answer, Kietzman sucked ass and should have been gone awhile ago.

The comments were bad, but I think the waffling and the total lack of taking responsibility for saying is what did him in and deservedly so.

When you're on the radio for many hours for years and you try to be 'edgy' than well you're bound to say some incredibly stupid shit. He wanted all the glory without any accountability for it.
