This could be an interesting gamble on BoB's part. Trade Hopkins and this years 4th (131) for:

Cooks
Johnson
upgrade 2nd round this year from 57 to 40
a couple throw away future 4th rounders (21 and 22)

Risky and expensive contract wise but it may actually work.

Pretty sure the person who tweeted that wrote what the Rams contract situation was. The cap hit (Dead Money) the Rams are incurring does not transfer to the Texans.
