Sous Vide chicken seared on the blackstone. Though I didn’t sear it hard enough.

Roasted carrots with Cajun seasoning

Roasted sprouts with chipotle powder.

Broke down this week and bought a Yoder Smoker. I love my Egg but it was a pain in the ass smoking brisket. I will use it for tri-tip, sirloin and Poultry. And Pizza.

Have a 12 pound brisket on the Yoder right now. Pretty easy to monitor and control the temp.

My son cooked Ribeye steak on his own says it's amazing or best steak he ever had. He said teriyaki marinade and jacks seasoning.
I tought him well and he did that on his own.

Last night I did 2 Boar's Head Roast Beef and Swiss on soft Sesame Seed large buns. Had olive oil mayo, horseradish, sliced white onions, salad mix instead of lettuce and some Claussen dill pickle halves.

Simple but tasted great!

I've always wanted to sit down to a meal that included crawfish. Never had the chance.

Eat them? That's fish bait so you can have a nice catfish to eat.
