Seems like there is too much fire and smoke with this situation to think that it ends up well for Rodgers staying in GB. Question is - what's the price for a 37 year old QB that is still playing at a very high level?
2020 was statistically his best year ever, which is saying something. I just can't imagine what the price would be, especially at this point with R1 being done. |

It was never going to happen before the draft.

Man the media is trying to sell this story hard.
It could happen. Denver can't win a trophy without buying it. |

If they had invested that Jordan Love pick into the defense, the Pack may have been facing us in the Super Bowl last year.
That's the pick that does it for me. It never made any sense to trade up there for Love in that situation. |

There is no way Rodgers is playing another snap in Green Bay. You can mark that down. This has been building for years and people don’t understand what a unique guy he is. If you think he won’t just retire and go do his own thing, you’re sorely mistaken. Quite frankly, the guy doesn’t love football enough to keep playing in a place he hates.
I can assure you finances are not an issue as he’s an extremely intelligent guy who does not live a super exorbitant lifestyle. I’m sure he has plenty of money saved up. Not to mention his future wife is doing just fine as well. He is done in Green Bay, one way or another. If the Packers continue to be morons and play hardball, they’ll end up with nothing for him. Except some returned bonus money which is probably all they care about anyway. |

If Rodgers really wanted to **** over the Packers....he would retire so they get nothing in return.

What about the Giants? They seem to have a lot of draft capital next year.

Wasn't their defense that cost them a chance at the SB though.
