I don’t know if it was x-rated. There was a lot of sex. I love the music, but the movie sucked. It seemed out of order. They played same old situation before home sweet home. They skipped a couple of my favs, without you & don’t go away mad. The actors didn’t look like the crue.

I thought the actors were all good and they looked the part.

My problem is they rushed thru a lot of stuff. As to be expected in a 1 hour 45 minute movie.

How I felt as well. Hard to get a decade of debauchery into 1 hr 45 min. Overall I really enjoyed it!

This. I am a Crue fan and yes I read the book. No you cannot put that book in an 1hr and 45 min movie. I was entertained and glad I watched.

Same here. Huge Crue fan and thought the movie could have been MUCH longer. I was hoping to see more of the process of making a record like Feelgood, but they skipped right over that.

Yeah, it should have been a series. Explored that era in music along with the part of our society that celebrated the bad antics of musicians as modern day rebels. Exposing yourself to innocent old ladies in public hotels in not being a rebel. But, that era did happen. Should be told better and more in-depth. I'm sure we will see something like that soon. Lots of good material.

If this would have been a "mini series" it would have worked. But..not so much. The letting go of Vince and John C. too much to shove into 1.45 time frame. Vince coming back yadda yadda.
