It is. Very adult anime. Not sure where it's available, I watched it off of the CinemaHD android app...

Pretty much on par with the new movie...

There would be some of that. But in this day and age, It may be hard to get Johnny Cage to be a likable character. Reynolds could do that.

Finally got to finish watching this and then watched Scorpions Revenge I loved the brutalities. Reminded me of Lawrence Taylor game Blitz:The League

Both movies were fun but I expected more out of Goro.

I just want Sub-Zero vs Scorpion movie. There is a Kong vs Godzilla. Cowboys vs Indians. Do that.

Baraka and Reptile are huge jobbers. They basically exist just to get their asses kicked.

It was okay. I'm with everyone on Goro being brought in too early and being too easy to defeat. I was a bit unimpressed with the fight between Scorpion and SubZero. I thought that this Cole **** shouldn't have been much a part of it... Cole dying there first maybe would have made for a more epic finale between them. Hopefully they do a bit more in #2.

How are you going to show me the pit and not show me a pit finisher? As for the movie, it's one of those where you have to turn your brain off and enjoy it for what it is...good ole fan service.

Same. Jax had the cool powerclap head smash earlier, but I thought it was a waste of opportunity for an epic uppercut, fall all the way down fatality.

One way to appease Goro fans would detail retconning his parentage which Onaga The Dragon King is his Father seeking revenge and is an unstoppable force that Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung fear.
