Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. This is a terrible place to put it. They'll literally be killing the cultural heart of the city. A thriving entertainment district full of great restaurants, music venues, and it all happened organically.

It seems like the main goal with these renderings is to show how the stadium will be situated in the downtown area because the actual stadium features… especially inside the stadium… look very generic/architectural clip-art-like.

Also using the name “Royals Park” in the renderings… it’s not going to be called Kauffman Stadium?

I assume they'll move the parade tomorrow to a more parking friendly part of town right? Where else would several hundred thousand people park?

The City isn't going to run busses every game day for baseball and certainly not free all over the metro. The Parade is a one day deal and the last two have been nightmares getting to and getting out.

Parking is not sexy when introducing your vision for the area. I imagine there is a plan it just wasn't mentioned and it will put more businesses out and historic bldgs will be raised.
