The Broncos rotate HCs and QBs like a late summer windmill. They can't draft or FA well. Yet, the Ravens are steady at coaching. Draft and do well in FA, then waste it on a RB at QB. The Broncos do have some hope in a hot breeze blowing in

Looks like he finally came to his senses and realized that a QB is far more valuable than a CB when drafting high in the first round. Unfortunately it would be the wrong QB,

Unfortunately for Denver it's a sellers market. There are several teams that want those high picks and they all want the same players. Denver can outbid the others if they want, but the price will be extremely high. So, you can gut your team of players and picks to get your QB, or you can go without the QB. Pick your poison.
