*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Colin Cowherd has come aboard the Chiefs bandwagon big time.
He has no where else to go, Luck retired.

It's because he's so ****ing good his talent transcends across all levels of competition. He's never had to change his game much.

When we drafted him, most of the media was "wtf are the Chiefs thinking?"

Last year they were "We'll, let's see him keep doing it. It's not sustainable."

This year, even most of the most ardent haters are finally saying "Uncle."

This is brilliant. Poor demoralized Texans fan sensing the icy hand of doom on his dreams.

"We had a chance. At least I thought we had a chance. And then all of a sudden this asshole showed up, got some magic quarterback pixie dust sprinkled on him by Andy Reid, and next thing you know 90% of the conference basically has no shot now. Ever. We thought we had it bad with Tom Brady and Peyton Manning running the show for the last 20 years. We thought that was the worst it could ever get. How stupidly naïve were we back then in the good old days, when they only thing we had to worry about was New England throwing it to running backs 40 times a game, and that five-headed goober screaming “Omaha” for three straight hours. That was the pinnacle of suck for most of my life. But it was nothing compared to what we’re all about to have to go through for the next 15 seasons."

Combine that with quick twitch WR's and a QB that can literally throw to any spot from any platform and it's deadly.
