Nothing but a lot of wind here in NC Kansas thus far, but it is Kansas, and dysfunctional weather should be part of the motto for the state. I hope the expected two nights of freezing temperatures don’t nip things too badly. We’ve had mostly warm weather for the past six weeks, and a freeze like this is not easy on the greenery.

5-6 inches of wet snow and plugged up my snowblower. It is supposed to rain, so that will melt is some. South facing driveway wont hurt at all, even with clouds.

2 hour late start.

Rained last night, then sleeted then froze here in Garden City. Now blowing like hell. Sucks to have livestock in this weather. Just have showpigs now so they are in the barn under the heat lamps! Please stay on electricity! Most schools around us closed.
