Fire Me Boy! What's For Dinner? Thread
I'm getting into my middle eastern/mediterranean bag after those gyros a couple weeks back. Mash-up from a halal cart recipe I saw a few days back.
Got a legit recommendation from a Syrian dude for the Shish Tawook chicken recipe. Then made yellow rice w/ cumin. A halal cart sauce, kinda sweet and tangy like alabama white sauce for bbq. And a chickpea salad that's pretty kick-ass. Been working on it all day. |
