I wonder if he'll have to face the music or if this will be swept under the rug. He should be facing manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon at a minimum

The prop guy wasn’t in a union? Holy shit. Here’s Alec Baldwin, a pro-union guy if ever there was one, working on a set that hired non-union help and this happens. Avoiding the unions is the whole reason they leave California to make movies. For low-budget it's probably their only option.

If they're driving a company truck, teamsters get paid from the moment they walk out their front door to the moment they get back home. Must be pretty sweet.

My friend is a production manager for commercials. We bumped into a head teamster that works on a lot of her shoots one night at a restaurant. You could just tell by every bit of body language in the interaction that he was essentially her boss, even though technically she was his boss. Dude even had a gold chain and black turtleneck, looking like a mob boss, with the attitude to match. He knew he was the shit.
