The moves show he clearly does not mind overpaying to get what he wants. Now, what do you suspect the reason is?

Yeah, he's usually one to overpay and be aggressive so i'm guessing it's just outrageously expensive to get one.

I'm not even really sure who would be available at CB anyway. Most teams are lucky to even have 2 they like.
