What?

Yeah...there's not a big difference. Which is why Mafe has been talked about as a top 15 pick....right? Sam Williams have any first round buzz?

We should trade up.

Get into the top 10 to get a game changer then use our remaining 11 picks to fill out the holes.

There's gotta be some plan at DE other than "wait and take who falls".

there's been zero talk about them linked to a DE.

Which is why a trade up for a DE would make more sense than one for a WR.

Thibs, Jermaine Johnson and Karalaflus all sound good to me. Though the first 2 would require a move into the top 10

Basically those three....unless a guy like Walker who's been hyped up a ton before the draft doesn't go as high as people think he will. My guess is they want one of those 4 DEs.

Detroit needs helps all along their line. Walker might not be a guy who can go against the top tier LTs, but he looks strong enough to be on the strong side or maybe even DT.

I think our best competition for those 3 guys would be the NYJ. If they go another direction, I think Carolina would be open for business-if Veach wants to pull the trigger.

....and yet we desperately need one. Makes one think that maybe, just maybe all this talk of moving up for WR is a smokescreen and Veach really wants to go up for an edge.

Also not a big fan of Travon Walker. Dude looks more like a great athlete than pure football player. This guy had one good season of production. Albeit not great playing with 2 other ass kickers next to him.

That’s a red flag for me

But one good season of production from Jameson Williams is good enough to trade up for?

Jameson Williams had 15 TD’s and just under 20 YPC

Walker played next to two top 15 talents and had 6 sacks. That’s it? You know how much of an advantage he had playing next to those guys? And yet he could only muster 6 sacks?

And Jameson Williams played on a top 3 team in the nation that is LOADED with talent. Yet somehow this dude couldn't break out at all at Ohio State.

Bc Ryan Day is a dumbass.

Jameson Williams had 3 TD’s and 17.9 YPC in his 2 years in Ohio. It’s easy to see that kid had talent but Jameson only got 15 receptions. That’s it.

I don’t blame Jameson for leaving. Especially with Olave and Wilson ahead of him

Joe Burrow couldn’t break out at all at Ohio State…I think it worked out just fine for him.

Jermaine Johnson didn’t last at UGA and he’s more than likely gonna be a top 10 pick…

Guys transfer all the time and they’re just fine…means nothing.
