Took a very risky shot to his fullback 'streaking' down the left sideline for a 40 yard strike over the almost perfectly stretched out defender

He threw a sideline bomb to his fullback, thats all anyone needs to know

He can do that one in his sleep. Barely scratches the surface of his talent.

I did a Keanu "Whoa" when that happened live. That really is an impressive throw. Running to his right with a defender closing in hard, and he just snaps it ~38yds over the heads of 3 defenders. No wind up. No rotating his body, just an easy flick.

Kid is legit.

The Sherman throw is the best IMO. He couldn't have thrown it any better if he got 99 more tries.

Disagree. Doubt he thought of it as risky at all. It simply required a perfectly-thrown ball. I'm guessing he figured he could do that all day.

Read an article a little bit ago where they had practiced that play a few times this past week. Mahomes and Sherman connected every time they ran it.

It was a perfect throw. Perfect spot with a perfect velocity and didn't break Sherman's stride.

I mean, I can only think of three or four QB's who can do that, outside of Mahomes. Rodgers, Brady, Big Ben, and Stafford.

Mahomes gets hit too much. A lot of those gifs he is getting hit low or late.

[QUOTE=Hammock Parties;13720175]This report is accurate.

That was one hell of a throw. No one will talk about it because the defender made a tremendous play on the ball. But fuuuuck that’s a good throw.

Me too. I just laughed my ass off when Anthony Sherman obliterates a defense. San Diego was so ****ed.
