The 10 year Treasury is back above 3% and climbing. All this news about gas supplies improving isn't doing much to drop gas or oil.

Nancy Pelosi is buying calls on MSFT and AAPL. I predict good things for them.

AAPL stock went into a "death cross" on the chart.
It's going lower, maybe down to $125 area |

Suggestion from CNBC is to go ahead and do some tax harvesting now and move over to other winning stocks even though they are down too. I've thought this makes sense for the last month or two.
If you like Apple and Google and have invested in one of the two at some point this year ,consider selling Appl at a loss and moving over to Google for the eventual ride up. Or vice a versa. |

BSM seems like a decent stock and it has a dividend as well.

It’s like a giant game of limbo in the market. I am starting to think that applying the drunken sailor model to our monetary policy the past few years was not the best idea. I don’t want to jump to conclusions (that should only be for board games), but I am leaning that direction.

I was very much expecting a better inflation report today. That's disappointing on a number of fronts.

When you think something can't go lower it does.
The Fed has been horrible managing this inflation. This won't end anytime soon unless the Fed shocks the market with a 1% rate hike to stop this crap in its tracks. |
