I think Chark would be a great addition, he's 26, was injured most of last year, Detroit drafted their speed WR in Jameson Williams last year. He'd be perfect for the Chiefs.

Never thought we'd sign JJ back. I think they're either aiming bigger (Hopkins or 1st), or going the full cheap, role-player route. Which I totally support. Even tho 3-33 isn't huge money, still more than I'd want to spend on a guy like this tbh.

What? Lol, since when? Andy Reid is known as the guy who takes on "character" guys and gets them to focus in and play ball. Kadarius Toney, HELLO? Are you going to try to argue that Toney wasn't labeled as a headcase, wannabe rapper that quit on the Giants and had a bad attitude?

Again, you're making the character thing up. George Pickens was never thought of as some slam dunk shoe-in. It's real freakin' easy for you to sit here today and say, "how could you pass up on that talent" when most people weren't saying shit about his talent last year.

Some of us here were, sure. But there wasn't this overwhelming majority that was all in on George Pickens. He wasn't some slam dunk 1st round pick. Most here WEREN'T in on George Pickens.

So no, you don't get to sit here and say, "well he's so obviously talented, what else could it be??"

I deny that attempt.
The chiefs had the 50th pick which he was plenty talented for and decided to trade back, and then take a different WR. They flat out passed on him. You can try to explain it how you want. I find it very hard to believe a wr with that kind of talent drops that low for any other reason besides character (the medical issue seems like a real stretch)

It's a shame we didn't draft T. Boone Pickens and lost the Super Bowl because of it.

You should be able to logically deduce what the Chiefs think of JJSS with this data.

Copy pasted from various draft profiles.

Pickens was quite clearly not himself after coming back from his ACL tear. His prospects will be decided in private on-field workouts and the combine.

NFL teams will have to assess his medical history to see if Pickens recovers to his 2020 ability and athleticism. If he's fully healthy and continues to add details to his route running, he will be a useful option for NFL offenses with some room to grow into a more featured role.

His quickness and lateral movement might not return fully until late next season or int 2023.

Yeah, the questionable medicals played a large part.

They didn't want him as much as was being put in the media. There's no way they even wanted him much if they couldn't match the Patriots offer. There over 30 WRs making over $11 mil/yr. It's nothing.

They will absolutely go after a top WR. I think Hopkins makes the most sense. They let Saunders and Juju go and their price tags weren't too crazy. Somethings a brewing.
Kelce
Hopkins
Toney
MVS
Sky
Draft pick.

That plays.
